BLADDERWRACK EXTRACT Stimulates circulation. LAMINARIA DIGITATA EXTRACT Soothing, moisturizing, protecting to the skin. SEA SALT MINERALS CONTAINING: Sodium, Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium, Chloride, Sulfate, Carbonate, Bromide, Iodine, Metasilic Acid, Metaboric Acid, Fluoride, Lithium.

DIRECTIONS:
Pour packette of crystals into warm water (95˚-100˚ F) when first drawing the bath. Soak for 15 minutes. For ultimate benefit, repeat for 10 days Ð one Kur period Ð 3 to 4 times a year. Follow with rest.
