Sometimes my skin gets really dry. I think I need something more than a simple moisturizer, is that possible?
You might possibly be using the wrong moisturizer or cleanser for your skin type or you may need to add some essential fatty acids (EFAs) into your diet; omega - 3 and omega - 6 oils (flax seed, fish oil and borage oil).
